1. Marketplace nature

Afro Gulf is a Contact & Discovery platform. We do not process payments or handle deliveries. All transactions occur directly between buyer and seller.

2. Seller verification

Verified sellers submit a valid UAE trade licence and Emirates ID. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of products.

3. Prohibited items

Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and any items unlawful under UAE law may not be listed.

4. Liability

Afro Gulf is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, item quality, delivery, or payment. Use our safety guidelines.
